recALL was originaly desiged to recover password. License recovery was added later ( big update was in 13.12 - http://keit.co/p/recall-13-12/ )
Most important function for me is importing license keys from broken Windows. For example copy SOFTWARE file from C:\Windows\System32\config and using other Windows or Linux + Wine you can get passwords and keys.
