You need Visual C++ Redistributable 2015

If you don't like install it, use this to get the file, put into floorp folder.
https://sourceforge.net/projects/mwayn ... v_Test_1.paf.exe/download

Usually 3 files you need:
msvcp140.dll
msvcr120.dll
vcruntime140.dll

This trick can be used in many program. :)
