Nouvelle version 0.13.0 du 3 juin 2023 :

Add basic support for Windows virtual desktops
Add option to apply layouts from system tray
Add option to change logging level
Changed default from DEBUG to INFO
Prevent users from naming layouts as "Global"
Fix "Apply all" not applying all compatible rules
Fix Settings -> "Open install dir" button not working when running as EXE
