Non je ne crois pas. Voici ce qu'on trouve à la rubrique « FAQ » du site officiel: « YUMI does support NTFS, however not all distributions will boot from an NTFS formatted device. UEFI and EFI boot is not supported, as many distributions are not offering support yet. »

Le problème est que sur certains PC récents (pas tous je crois savoir) si on désactive l'UEFI, Windows 8 ne démarre plus. Par contre il y aurait un utilitaire de clé USB multiboot devenu compatible avec l'UEFI : «  Easy2Boot ». Pas testé, je suis encore avec un bios ancien.
