en gratuit, j'en connais deux mais difficiles à maîtriser et à configurer (quand au résultat, je ne l'ai pas évalué) :
APSC Spell Checker

en lui ajoutant un dico français: french.vtd (http://www.ist.ca/espell/french.vtd)

et Freespell

avec les dicos français
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/w32/Aspell-fr-0.50-3-3.exe

C'est très compliqué.

sinon, il faut aller vers des programmes payants comme Antidote ou autres...
