Windows 11 has been supported.
Added Russian module.
Removed "Starting position" from "Circle" options.
Changed to the specification that the setting value of "When files are dragged" of "Menu" option is applied to the waiting time until the menu is automatically shown when the file is dragged onto the folder item.
Changed to the specification to select the running application from the list by clicking the "Existing Windows" button in the "Settings to disable for specified applications" dialog box.
Improved so that items in the Start menu of Windows 10 or later can be registered by dragging and dropping.
Fixed a bug that the item disappears when it's moved from another page or submenu if the destination page is scrolled.
Fixed a bug that if you refer to the UWP application in the "Existing Windows" of the "Register Item" dialog box, you will not be able to register correctly even if you enter the path name of the non-UWP application after that.
Fixed a bug that the main window display would not be updated with a low probability after submenu related operations when using an alpha channel enabled skins.
Some Interface changes and minor bug fixes.
