Incompréhensible pour moi. L'extraction donne toujours le même fichier à chaque fois que je télécharge l'archive (PNotesNET3704Setup.exe) !

Si tu ouvres le fichier avec ton gestionnaire d'archives (Peazip chez moi), le seul fichier que cette archive contient est bien libaffinity.dll .

Problème finalement résolu en désactivant mon gestionnaire de téléchargement.
Le fichier téléchargé avec mon gestionnaire était "Canva-Affinity-3.0.0.3791-libaffinity-Fix.rar_229526.exe" !!!
Mais je n'ai toujours pas compris pourquoi ...
En tout cas merci et désolé de vous avoir sollicités.
